About Our Founder & Property Advisor
Originally from the UK with Scandinavian roots, Carin Victoria has been investing in Spain since 2012, owning properties in Malaga, Seville, and Madrid. In 2021, she acquired her dream sea-view family home in Malaga and now aims to help others find their new home on the Costa del Sol or realise their investment goals.
Having relocated multiple times with her family, from Europe to Asia and back again, Carin understands the complexities and frustrations of moving with a family.
Leveraging her tech industry background, Carin takes a highly structured approach to your property search.
